Mortal Kombat X

  • Worked with the Gameplay Programming team for Mortal Kombat X, Mortal Kombat Enhanced Online Beta and Mortal Kombat XL
  • Implemented gameplay features in C++
    • Camera logic
    • Complex character and projectile movement
    • Animation logic
  • Performed key tasks in deployment of Enhanced Online Beta
  • Created internal tools in Python and C++
  • Collaborated with designers to create interfaces for gameplay systems
  • Cleaned up code and reorganized files to speed up compile times and work flow
  • Collaborated with systems programmers to work on back-end code
    • Interaction with console UI and events
    • Extend the build/clean process
  • Extensively used Perforce and JIRA

I worked two internships at NetherRealm Studios from March 2014 to December 2014 and June 2015 to March 2016. I worked on Mortal Kombat X, the Mortal Kombat X Enhanced Online Beta and an unannounced project.
